Head of Department - Modern Foreign Languages

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and inspirational graduate, with outstanding inter-personal skills, to lead and manage our outstanding Modern Foreign Languages Department.  We would expect the successful candidate to be able to teach at all levels of the school, as well as taking the lead in overseeing and developing the broad ranging programme of this key department within the school.

Teaching Deputy Housemistress (Sixth Form Boarding House)

September 2017

We are looking to appoint a flexible, energetic graduate with a good sense of humour to support the Housemistress in the smooth running of one of our Sixth Form Boarding Houses.  The successful candidate will be calm, firm and cheerful in dealing with adolescents and will be confident in her ability not only to be an adaptable and supportive member of a team but also to work independently.

Deputy Housemistress

September 2017

We are looking to appoint a flexible, energetic graduate with a good sense of humour to support the Housemistress in the smooth running of one of our Boarding Houses.  The successful candidate will be able to offer a calm, firm and cheerful manner in dealing with adolescents and will be confident in her ability not only to be an adaptable and supportive member of a team but also to work independently.  The successful candidate will be able to bring either a teaching subject or a wider school specialism to enhance our boarding provision.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly motivated and inspirational teacher with excellent communication skills, to teach potentially throughout the school.  The position would suit an enthusiastic, committed and forward looking Classics graduate.

Teacher of PE

September 2017

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly motivated and inspirational teacher with excellent administrative skills, to teach PE and coach games throughout the school. The position would suit an enthusiastic and committed teacher; previous experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be expected to coach Lacrosse, Hockey and ideally Netball to a high standard. Athletics or tennis would also be an advantage.
