Their week was packed with different sporting activities and team bonding which included: high ropes, abseiling, mountain biking, caving, rock climbing, team trail, mountain boarding, body boarding, kayaking, surfing and dragon boating. The girls worked together to conquer some fears such as heights in the ropes course and small dark spaces in caving.
Every morning the girls chose between an early morning swim in the sea pool or a run before they sat down for breakfast. Two main activities took place each day with different social events such as karaoke, fancy dress and a talent show in the evenings. By the end of each evening the girls were tired and ready for bed so that they would be refreshed and ready for another fun-filled day of activities.
There was a lot of laughter and good times had by all girls. Many of them conquered their fears and pushed themselves to new heights. The majority wanted to stay another week and many volunteered to come next year with the new LIV Form!
