Senior Physics Challenge
Lucy recently made an application for a place on a residential course at Cambridge University to be held at the end of this academic year (teachers may nominate only 2 students from any individual school). We are pleased to say that she has been accepted, the course is called 'Senior Physics Challenge'. The course is free and open to all in the UK and so there is stiff competition for a place, but Lucy has managed to gain one after a mathematics assessment and submitted reference.
She will stay in a Cambridge College for several days and so will get a taste of university life as well as being amongst many gifted and talented LVI Form Physics students from all walks of life for some stretching and challenging actvities and fun.
