On Wednesday 2nd December James, from Elevate Education, came to deliver the second seminar of the three-part programme. This was on Time Management and we learnt lots of useful skills including how to produce an effective revision plan, the advantages of study groups and the difference between required and non-required tasks.
This was useful and made the prospect of organising our holidays slightly less daunting. We also learnt about the need for downtime whilst we work. We separated the hobbies that we enjoyed the most and the ones that we can go without and then plotted this into our revision timetable.
The final skill we learnt was how to beat procrastination; this was very useful because it affected the majority of the audience!
Overall I found this workshop very effective and it will help me with my time management during this very busy period.
