Company colours and high spirits were proudly on display at a hugely successful Sports Day, which saw enthusiastic participation from students across a wide range of events.
This year marked the first time that Lower Sixth students were able to take part in all events. Our aim was to make Sports Day as inclusive as possible, and the response from the girls was overwhelmingly positive. They particularly enjoyed being able to continue competing in traditional favourites such as the tug of war.
Congratulations to the staff, who won the annual and fiercely contested Staff vs Parents Tug of War by 2–1. However, the parents still maintain the overall lead in the series.
Thank you to the PGSM for kindly donating ice creams for all the athletes – they went down a treat.
A huge well done to all the girls for their effort, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day.
