Summer Term means the start of cricket season!
On Tuesday 21 April, 11 girls across Year 8 (MIV) and Year 9 (UIV) attended the first external cricket training session at Avebury Cricket club.
As soon as they were off the minibus, they were straight into some bowling and catching practices, before kitting up and heading to the pitch to play a coachable game. All the girls loved it and would have stayed a lot later if they could.
Thank you to Mr Fry for organising it all, running the sessions and providing pizza at the end. They are already looking forward to next week’s training.
