The LVI travelled to the Yorkshire Dales at the end of last term to complete their DofE final Gold Expedition.
On 13th June, 45 of the LV set off for their assessed Bronze DofE walking and camping expedition. They were prepared for all weathers but hats and suncream were needed and it proved a very hot couple of days.
The LVI Gold DofE groups went to the Black Mountains over Half Term to complete their Gold Practice Expedition.
After brunch on Sunday 16th January, most of the LV participated in their first Bronze Duke of Edinburgh's Award expedition skills training day with Wild Country Consultants.
