Premises Assistant (Maintenance/Estates)

Skilled or unskilled, salary dependent on experience and expertise

We have an opportunity from March 2020 for a practical and enthusiastic individual to join our School Premises Team.  The team consists of a Team Leader, qualified electrician and plumber and 2 further Premises Assistants. The Premises team respond to day to day maintenance and logistic requests, alongside routine tasks supporting departments across the shared campus of St Mary’s and St Margaret’s Schools. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role but more importantly should offer practical skills, a can-do, customer service attitude and should be able to show initiative.
