World Wide WalkOn Sunday 20th March, for the third consecutive year the LIV and MIV girls, along with Dr Kirk and other staff members, participated in the World Wide Walk - helping to raise money for Plan International's 'Because I am a Girl' campaign.

Our day started with a quick warm-up session, courtesy of Mr Jones, where we were given our itineraries and prepped for the exciting day ahead.  Our first activity was a panel all about The World of Work. Every member of the panel gave us a brief introduction of themselves and their careers so far; with careers ranging from interior design and law to neuroscience, every area imaginable was represented by top women who all provided very different stories of how they proceeded after university.

Science Faraday ChallengeWe arrived at 9am on 11th February at Isambard Community School, Swindon, for the Institution of Engineering and Technology's (IET) Faraday Challenge Day.  The atmosphere was exciting and full of tension as we prepared ourselves for the challenge ahead, as part of our Enrichment Week activities.
