On Thursday 27th April, all the LIV and MIV girls set off on their annual Challenge and Adventure (CAA) Walk and Camp.  It was great weather for walking, dry and not too hot. The girls were divided into eight groups and each had one teacher. The groups were dropped off at different starting points and had to arrive at Mrs Spicer's house by dusk. With a minimum of 17km to be walked and navigated, the rucksacks were filled with food and sweets to keep them going over this tough terrain. The girls also had two big birthday cakes awaiting at the camp site (for Mrs Spicer's birthday).

A lot of fun was had by all, especially Mrs Baldwin's group, who kept up the tradition of being the first group in! Mr and Mrs Paddock cooked a fabulous supper for us all, then it was time to sleep. The peacocks and pheasants added to the camping experience, with the not-so-welcome cockerel at 4.45am!  A fabulous time was had by all and we are already looking forward to next year's Walk and Camp.
