The 29th edition of their schools' guide identifies more than 1,600 of the highest-achieving state and independent schools, ranked by their most recent moderated, pre-pandemic examination results.

St Mary's Calne is ranked 1st independent school in Wiltshire and 2nd in the South West (from 46 independent schools in the region).

The Sunday Times Parent Power 2022 guide 'has not used 2020 and 2021 examination outcomes due to the disruption caused by the pandemic'. Their examination results and rankings go back to 2010 in many cases and their schools' guide is widely considered as 'the most comprehensive resource covering elite school performance in the UK'.

The girls at St Mary’s Calne consistently achieve excellent GCSE and A Level results and go on to leading universities in the UK and further afield. In 2021 the girls went on to study at a range of leading universities including Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, Exeter, Edinburgh, King’s College London (KCL), London School of Economics (LSE) and University College London (UCL). Among the top achievers were two sets of twins - Kunmi and Yimika Adesola and Cate and Sam Glover. Kunmi and Yimika, with a superb clean sweep of A*s, are reading International Relations at KCL (Kunmi) and Political Science at Columbia University, USA (Yimika). Sam also headed to the USA, to study at Villanova Business School, Pennsylvania, while her twin sister, Cate, is reading Economics and Management at KCL.
