Tabitha (LIV) has been awarded the first place and Beana (LIV) came runner-up in the Year 7-9 ‘Discover German’ category of this year's Oxford German Olympiad.

The girls drew a picture of the whole Rhine and labelled the countries in German, as well as adding ten cities and ten interesting things that they would be likely to find in or along the river Rhine. For the 10th Oxford German Olympiad, a record number of entries were received, and the panel of judges found it extremely difficult to pick the winner from such a vast amount of fantastic entries. Many congratulations to both girls on such an outstanding achievement.
