Further progress has been made on the Lime Kiln Garden at St Mary's Calne and it is really starting to take shape. Sadly, we need to wait for the spring to finish the lawns and planting, but all of the brickwork has now been completed and much of the paving and blockwork. Thanks to all who have sponsored benches and other items, which will form the finishing touches later in the spring so that the garden will be usable by the girls over the summer.

The Lime Kiln Garden is part of the school's 'Shaping the Future' programme and it has been designed and project-managed by parent and Garden Designer, Sally Harley-Martin.  This garden will transform our environment, creating social spaces and quiet places, places to play or learn and places to just be; some in sunshine, some in shade.  For further information about the garden, please click here.
