LV (Year 10) and LVI (Year 12) drama students experienced an energising and inspiring workshop with Michelle Edwards from Frantic Assembly, a renowned physical theatre company.

In the 4 hour workshop, the 17 students experimented with ways of expressing the passing of time, of using objects of focus, and then adapting ideas from Frantic’s choreography from the classic show The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time. In a well-structured two section workshop, the students commented with confidence on the tangible visual outcomes and effects of some lovely movement work.  Michelle organised the whole event with a real eye for detail and momentum, and, overall, it was just great to have our first outside practitioner into the Theatre since last March!
