Open Days
The best way to experience St Mary’s is to join us at one of our Admissions events held throughout the year.
We would love to welcome you to one of our Open Days where you will join other families for a tour of our campus, hear from key staff, and meet some of our pupils. It’s a chance to see classes in action, boarding houses and our first-rate facilities, which all contribute to making our community so special.
Each event is designed to help you imagine your daughter’s future with us. You’ll find out about the academic journey, pastoral care and co-curricular opportunities that make St Mary’s unique.

Individual visits
We’re always delighted to welcome families for individual visits, offering a glimpse into the St Mary’s community. Visits include an informal meeting with our Head of Admissions, a pupil-led tour showcasing daily life and an opportunity to meet with our Head to talk about your daughter, her interests and what will help her thrive at St Mary’s.

Next steps
After visiting the school on an Open Day, Open Morning or individual visit, you are invited to register your daughter to apply for a place at St Mary’s Calne and start the admissions process. Our main points of entry are 11+ Year 7 and 13+ Year 9. We also welcome applications for Sixth Form, and other year groups, when space allows.
