This February some of our UIV, LV and UV pupils took part in the Intermediate Maths Challenge. This is a national competition run by the UK Maths Trust focuses on logical thinking and creative problem-solving. The challenge is designed to enrich and stretch the most able mathematicians.
All those who participated should be proud of taking part and congratulations to the 37 pupils who achieved Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards. This is an outstanding achievement.
High-scoring participants can qualify for the next ‘Kangaroo’ rounds. Special mentions go to Michelle P and Elsa W in UIV and Yige Y and Fiona W in LV and UV respectively who will be participating in the next round on Thursday 19 March.
LIV and MIV students will have the opportunity to participate in the Junior Maths Challenge on Wednesday 29 April 2026.
