We are delighted to invite you to a very special event on Friday 13th September 2019, from 7pm, when the Marquis and Marchioness of Lansdowne will be hosting a drinks party at their home, with all proceeds going to the St Mary’s Calne Bursary Fund.
Bowood has been the family home of the Lansdowne family since 1754 and their relationship with the school goes back to the early 1900s. Lady Lansdowne is the current patron of The Calne Foundation Trust.
Bowood House is set within 100 acres of beautiful ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped parkland and guests will enjoy the stunning setting of the Italian-inspired terraces, complete with fountains and flora, whilst enjoying spectacular views across the lake. It promises to be a spectacular evening and we would love you to join us.
