On Wednesday 9^th February, St Mary’s U14 Swim Team competed at the Downe House Winter Swim Meet alongside St Swithun's and Newlands. There were numerous personal best times during the event leading to many first places. These were achieved by Florence B, Allison, Clementine, Rachel and lastly Florence P, who won both of her individual events. This saw the team win six of the 11 events up for grabs.

There were also some tightly contested second places which gained some valuable, much needed points to take the overall win and bring the trophy home for the third year in a row!

A special mention for Florence B who broke St Mary’s 50M Backstroke record in her age group.

The teamwork was excellent and all of the individual performances were amazing… especially the cheerleading!
