Marketing & Graphic Design Officer

Starting in September 2024 - Full Time, all year round

The Marketing & Graphic Design Officer will be an integral part of the Marketing, Admissions and Development team working closely with other department members. A team player with excellent communication skills, they will play a key role in our core marketing activities and produce artwork and write copy in a variety of styles for print, digital and social media use.

The post holder will play an active role in developing the social media content calendar, posting to the school’s social media channels, producing the weekly e-newsletter, The e-Lily, editing and uploading website content, designing and creating the school’s print and digital marketing collateral, co-ordinating the production of the school magazine, Oxygen, and the annual creative arts magazine, Literalily, both with an external design agency, and contributing to the organisation of special school events, such as Open Days, Special Experience Days, Admissions Events and Partnership events.

This new role is offer on a full time basis, 40 hours per week, all year round. The salary range is £25,000-£27,000 dependent on experience. Generous 36 days holiday per year including bank holidays, plus generous pension and sick pay and complimentary lunch during term time.
The Marketing and Graphic Design Officer reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager at St Mary’s Calne.
