On Tuesday, St Mary's transformed into a Christmas wonderland, brimming with Santa hats, bright and cheerful jumpers, cozy onesies, reindeer antlers, glittering tinsel, and even a pair of jolly elves and a sparkling Christmas tree! The annual Christmas Jumper Day brought festive joy to the school, all in support of Save the Children—what a merry way to end the term!

The 2024-2025 Literalily Creative Writing Competition received high praise from professional judge Beth Webb, who described the entries as "superb," "beautifully executed," and "heartfelt." This year's themes sparked poetry and prose that thoughtfully explored topics such as food poverty, self-image, national identity, and loss.
Sixth Form Politics students gathered at Helen Wright House for a lively supper to celebrate the end of term. The evening featured fun games, paper chain creations inspired by the 2024 election, and a chance for LVI students to gain tips from the UVI on UCAS, essay writing, and studying politics.
