St Mary's Calne
A quartet of St Mary’s pupils will be representing their clubs at the County Swimming Championships in the New Year.
Ava F, Florence B, Molly C (all Wiltshire) and Florence P (Somerset) have achieved numerous qualifying times between them in a multitude of events. These times have been achieved during various competitions over the last few months.
The next step up is the South-West Regionals; these take place over a few weekends towards the end of March/beginning of April.
Despite qualification times being more difficult to achieve, Florence B has already secured two times and is hoping to gain more during Counties. The other swimmers are also chasing faster times with the hope of qualifying.
