Edith and Lara (LVI) led an uplifting Community Chapel this morning focusing on the Bushbells community project in Kenya, where they are planning to volunteer in the summer.
Inspired by former students Grace and Elan (2022 Leavers), Edith and Lara are planning to spend some time supporting the project this summer and are raising funds for the project, as well as awareness, with a colourful 'Home Clothes' charity day. Before the end of term, they are also planning to hold an Easter Egg hunt which we all anticipate will be very popular.
We have all reflected on the importance of community this week and Mrs Toland thanked all students for the compassion they have shown our community, students, and staff alike, this week. We extend our thanks to Edith and Lara for leading us in our support of another community today.
