On Wednesday 16th February, the LIV (Year 7) took part in a Music Workshop with Ms Palfreyman, designed for the girls to explore a peer scaffolded approach to learning.

LIV East, who had covered composing software Soundtrap with Dr Gibbs, taught and peer assessed LIV West, before pairing up to create a piece of Gamelan music based on the sounds they had heard and played within the workshop on their trip to Oxford the previous day.

The teamwork and collaboration showed by the girls were truly impressive, to the extent that the 'best teamwork' prize was given to the entire year group!
