On Sunday 23rd April, after an early wake-up call, the girls in UIV (Year 9) were ready to jump on the bus and head to the Mendip Activity Centre for a day of adventurous fun.
The Mendip Activity Centre visit was a fantastic team-building day out in the lovely bright sunshine. The students were put into different groups and were sent off to complete 'Mission Impossible'. The aim was for them to gather clues by completing a variety of tasks throughout the day in order to 'crack the code' to unlock the treasure chest. The activities involved archery, bushcraft, brain teasing puzzle games and a significant amount of teamwork.
All of the pupils worked really hard on the tasks and managed to crack the code, therefore it was decided that the 'winners' would be the fastest group to complete the bush craft activity.
It was a fantastic day and great to see everyone working so well together; well done to everyone!
