Congratulations to the team of six talented MIV students who were announced as the winners of the local division of the Faraday Challenge, a prestigious national STEM competition. Hosted at St John’s Marlborough on Tuesday 18 March, the event brought together teams from six schools to tackle a real-world engineering challenge set by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
Suri, Rosario, Jessica, Clara, Amaris, and Margot excelled in problem-solving, teamwork, and engineering skills, impressing the judges with their enthusiasm, creativity, and collaboration. Their outstanding performance, dedication, and technical understanding were evident as they articulated their design process and tackled each stage of the challenge. This remarkable achievement reflects their hard work and the school’s strong culture of curiosity and innovation.
