Our first-ever Grow Club Plant Sale on Friday 23 May was a huge success.
Grow Club members worked hard over the preceding weeks and months - sowing seeds, watering them, and carefully tending to each plant before potting them on, ready for sale.
We sold more than 100 plants, including nicotiana, cosmos, and dwarf beans, along with our home-made rhubarb jam. Allison (LVI) was the first to sample our delicious, sun-ripened strawberries.
In total, we raised £173.91, which will go back into the ‘pot’ for future seasonal purchases.
